Zumba with Jessica Avera
When Jessica approached me about photos of her doing Zumba I knew this session needed to be different. I wanted these photos to capture the fun and movement of Zumba. For those of you wondering what Zumba is- Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music, created by Grammy Award-winning producers, and contagious steps to form a “fitness-party” that is downright addictive. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that’s moving millions of people world wide toward joy and health. I have been doing Zumba with Jessica Avera for several months now and have seen amazing results. Here are a few of the images from my session with Jessica. Holiday Portraits
I am sure that those of you who check my blog on a regular basis have noticed that I haven’t made a post in a while. That is because I have been extremely busy! I shot over 30 portrait sessions during the holiday season and did alot of traveling. I shot so many great sessions that it may just take me months to get all caught up on the blog so I decided to go ahead and share the images on one big blog post. Enjoy! Holiday Card Info
I know many of you plan to mail out cards to all of your friends and family to wish them a Merry Christmas, and happy holiday season. What better way to greet them then to send them a photo of your family! In order to keep my clients cards original and one of a kind I will be designing each card to fit the tastes of each family featured. Here are a few examples to get an idea of what you can expect if you order your holiday cards from Lindsi Jones Photography. Keep in mind all cards can be customized to the colors you like, and the message you would like to deliver. Here are some examples from last Christmas. You are not limited to the choices shown!
I can design your card to fit one photo or multiple photos, and customize your message and the colors featured on the card. You are not limited to the choices shown! If I recently shot your wedding or engagement photos you may want to consider using those images as greeting cards to celebrate your first Christmas as a married couple or if you have recently had a family session and would may want to use those images for your card. Let me know if you would like for me to design a few options for you!
All cards are printed on 5×7 Kodak photographic paper and include envelopes to fit. Cards must be ordered in groups of 25. Prices are as follows.
- 25 Cards with envelopes- $50
- 50 cards with envelopes- $85
- 100 cards with envelopes- $150
If you need more than 100 please let me know and I will give you a quote for the amount you need.
Fall Portrait Day- October 30th
A few days ago I announced special mini sessions for Holiday Portraits. These sessions were so popular they booked up very quickly. I wanted to give everyone another opportunity for mini portrait sessions with Lindsi Jones Photography so I am pleased to announce Fall Portrait Day in Nashville, GA on October 30th, 2010. These sessions will take place on my own family farm, the Jones Farm, in Nashville. I am very excited about these sessions. Our cotton fields are in full bloom and the leaves are starting to display fall colors!
Each session will last about 20 minutes and result in about 12 proofed images. Proofs from these sessions will be ready for ordering with plenty of time for Christmas cards, and Christmas gifts! The sitting fee for this session is only $45. If you are a returning client that has worked with Lindsi Jones Photography in the past you will receive your sitting fee at a discounted rate of $30! A limited amount of time slots are available, so book your spot today! More details below!

- Session times booked in 30 minute increments between 8:00am – 10:30 and 3:00pm – 6:00
- Sessions are limited to children ages 3 and up due to small time slots, unless accompanied by an adult, and to groups of 5 or less. If you are interested in having larger groups photographed, multiple times slots can be booked.
- Session fees are due at time of booking and are non refundable
- Sessions will begin and end on time at the exact time of booking. Late clients will not be guaranteed their full shooting time.

Holiday Portrait Weekend- November 13th and 14th
Due to the great success of my previous mini portrait session days, I have decided to offer an entire weekend of mini sessions in various local locations. Holiday Portrait weekend will be held November 13th and 14th with sessions in Nashville, GA and Valdosta,GA. This time around I am offering something extra special. To show my appreciation to the 100s of clients that have trusted me with their photos over the years I am offering a Client Loyalty discount on these sessions!
Saturday, November, 13th sessions will be held at the beautiful Deloach Farm in Nashville, GA with morning sessions from 8am – 10:30am and afternoon sessions from 2pm – 5pm.
Sunday, November, 14th sessions will be held at Valdosta State University’s North Campus Park morning sessions are available from 8am-10:30am. Afternoon sessions will be held in Downtown Valdosta from 2pm- 5pm.

All of the location options are beautiful and make excellent backdrops for portraits. I know because I have shot at all of them multiple times and they are some of my most favorite locations!
